Well I hit a few snags testing the audio for my friend in a skype call. He was having a delay on the video so we tried a few programs and they either did not help or slow the game down to molasses speed. And then we found a way to view my screen from skype BUT the video quality was terrible for my friend so we checked my internet speed annnnd it was bad...Really bad...So I am postponing it for another week. In the mean time I am contacting Comcast to see if it is possible to get a second modem out here for me and HOPEFULLY that will not add a second internet bill.
I am sorry for this but I want to make sure that my friend and I can do this with little to no problems what so ever. Also I think there was some problems getting the game to stream, you guys can check our tests out on my twitch page which I am about to look at to get a better idea at what was going on.
So there is how things are at the moment.

I ran into that problem when I was trying to stream Blackwell's ayslum to a friend. I think I know of a way to fixing it, but I'll have to run a test or two first.
Well I think it was my internet so I want to see if the second modem will work or not.
But if you could run that test and get back to me then maybe I will not need to get another modem.
Well I manage to get the Scratches demo, (Hopefully works about the same as the main build) and I'll stream testing now and again within a few hours to try different things.
You can track my progress at:

Having trouble getting the demo to work, so I'll try Blackwell's Ayslum instead.
Yeah I had some problems with Scratches because I could not find a way to make the game into a windowed mode.
Okay, so I managed to get the game to run. Started to stream and...grey screen in the intro cutscene. I figured it might be X split's capture software, so I switched to a virtual camera and...grey screen still but if the game didn't have focus I could see the stream, but this being a point and click the very second I click to move forward...grey screen. Now I'm convinced that it's because the game is rendered using OpenGL which shouldn't be the problem because Minecraft used OpenGL and that gets stream so much. I started to wonder if I could stream it in windowed mode by changing the settings in scream.cfg (Because the devs thought it was a great idea to leave out the toggle fullscreen mode in the in-game menu.), however I puschased this game for cheap at Big Fish and they removed the scream.cfg so I couldn't get it to go windowed until I took some of the files from the demo version and mixed in with the Full version and, I did get the game to go into windowed mode. Started to stream again and... NO grey screen! I streamed the intro scene just fine but the game crashed because I derped around with files that didn't belong in there.
Short version: I manage to get X split to capture the game it just needs to be in windowed mode. To do that you need to edit scream.cfg and changing FULLSCREEN from 1 to 0.
Okay light here is all the files in the Scratches folder. Please note I got my game from GoG.com
Where do I go next?

Well back to the drawing board. Have you try the following:
Alt+Enter
Creating a shortcut of scream.exe and right-clicking on the shortcut then selecting properties. In the target text field adding '-windowed' (without ') at the end of the line?
"C:\Program Files(x86)\GOG.com\Scratches\scream.exe" -windowed
Alt Enter does not work (one of the first things I tried.), creating a short cut of neither Scratches OR scream do not allow me to change the target but I did try to change the target on the other Scratches.exe and that did not work either. I already sent a question to GoG.com forums to see if anyone else knew. I do not want to bother the creators of the game because they are currently working on Asylum.

I looked up your thread and the thread below yours mentions scream.cfg but doesn't say where, so either that guy has mistaken that version for the steam version or scream.cfg is somewhere on your hdd. maybe file screach for it?
Otherwise, as it stands now the Steam version is the only version that can go into windowed mode.
Yeah my computer can't find the file so I am going to be really sad if I have to download the Steam version of Scratches..

I think I did it this time. I'll fill this in with details after a quick test.
Edit:
So while I was posting my progress report I was downloading an official patch in hopes it would fix the crashes, and I total forgot about it till I looked over to my other monitor. After installing the patch my game got scream.cfg and it works just fine with the game. So here's a link to the patch:
(You should backup the game just in case this messes up anything)
http://www.fileplanet.com/178118/170000/...ut-Patch-1
After which I ran a quick stream test and got this result: (I messed up my audio devices just before recording which is why the game audio cuts out within a few seconds.)

Alright I got the game to go into windowed mode. Agustin, the main guy who is making Asylum, helped me out so I thank him for his help. I am going to call Comcast tomorrow to see if I can get a second router out here and prey to whoever that that will help.
Time for a pissed off update. When I called them they said the second modem would cost $7 a month to the bill. Not bad at all. I went to pick the modem up and they tell me it will cost $65 or so A MONTH. I am VERY ticked off at Comcast and just UGH! They mentioned a Gateway thing so I have no idea what that is or anything. The item will be here in lke 5 days so there is another weekend where the stream will be postponed and if THIS does not work I am hiring some people to come in a run a Cat 5 cable from my computer to the modem downstairs. I am really getting pissed at this whole situation.

That sucks, man. Welcome to the world of internet providers
