Also, to keep this vidya related, I've nearly completed Far Cry, but it's actually one of the most retarded games near the end, because of the lack of health kits, and save points.

It's seems like everyday I get further and further bit by bit.

The difference is that I form an opinion based on knowledge. Those people form an opinion based on what others think is cool to say.

After playing through DMC HD collection fully, I realise most people are just hyping a game that was weak to begin with.
The fanbase can be summed up as:
DMC 1 is amazing, DMC2 sucks, DMC3 is the best and one of the hardest games ever, DMC4 is good but backtracking sucked and DmC is a pile of shit.
When really DMC1 isn't nothing special. 2 was a huge improvement, 3 is awesome (I SS ranked the entire game on every difficulty, was piss easy), 4 was the best and DmC is just as good as 4.
But again, that's based on me not looking at the games through rose tinted glasses or being stubborn with ignorance of a series. Especially since I've proved so many wrong on my YouTube.

I haven't seen much of the Dead Space 3 backlash but I would guess it's about the fact it's more action orientated. Despite again(me playing) the first chapter is the only action shooter part. The rest of the game has you playing just like DS1 and 2. You'll come across Unitology loyalists which use guns but that's because they're extremists. It's far from generic action but stays very much Dead Space.

That's the sad thing about people, they listen to what's cool and use that as their own ammunition and when someone like me says they're wrong based on personally experiencing that form of media they can't take it.
Listen to what others say about Sonic '06, DmC or Dead Space 3 and question why anyone even likes those games.
How many people have actually played them though? None.

I found most of the complaints about Sonic '06 to be legit. The game was pretty bad. Unleashed wasn't even that bad. Though, I do have to give SEGA credit when they made Colors, which really brought Sonic back into 'good game' category.

I have to disagree on DmC being as good as 4. I'd say it was as good as 3, since it took away the different styles, and the combat was actually pretty easy. I mean, the combo gauge never goes down unless you get hit, and you can SSS rank most fights spamming only two or three attacks. I guess Capcom wanted to restart everything, and subsequently make the game easier for newcomers, but not even the harder difficulties were much of a challenge.

As for Dead Space, I only played the first one, and quit after that. I'm not too big on the action horror style of game, anyway, so maybe I'm biased on that regard.

Far Cry 1, stupid game with stupid A.I.

For the time, it must've been great, but it's just annoying to play now, since it's aspect of stealth is really bad, and the enemies seem to lack any sense of self preservation, so they'd literally kill you with a rocket launcher if you were right below them, just to kill you.

I saw that video some time ago and even now it's still....interesting.

I mean DmC is as good as DMC4 in opposite areas. Where DMC4 lacks, DmC makes up for it. The combat of DMC4 has never been topped (Bayonetta coming extremely close). But the story was eh (Neros was OK). But where DmCs story was easily the best written of the series, but the combat just wasn't as fun or insane as DMC4s. You've got JCing and that all but I did want more. I just see it as the opposite for story/combat.
In terms of difficulty, DMC has already been easy and some just straight out forget that DMC had always cater to newcomers with Automatic mode that it's never brought up but is put there for newcomers in every DMC. Plus I proved S(SSS) ranking the older DMCs is easy as heck and are just as ....mindless(?).




Not really. Seem pretty fair to say Dead Space isn't your thing and it's far from biased. It's those who say the game is action orientated when it's really not. Chapter 1 and the odd skirmish through out the 19 chapters is slightly generic, but within context of the story. Like I said before though, people don't play games and yet make opinions.

Edit: I forgot, yes Sonic '06 is a really crappy game, but while playing, it didn't feel as bad as everyone said. How good can a Sonic game be and why where the expectations so high?

Okay I'll start.

Tried to play a bit of TF2 today. I don't play it much, and I found it annoying to play due to my retarded computer, and then just stopped.

Then I tired both my Left 4 Deads (which I have over 100 hours of playtime on) and I still disliked it a lot, due to this retarded computer.

Then I played CS for a few minutes, before I got "pwned" by some "CS1.6 is the best game ever" fags.

I had a good day I guess.
