Just finished Jet Set Radio.

You know that feel when the boss battle starts, and you have no idea what to do, you just take in the scenery, and think, and then when you start to figure out and fight the boss, it is pretty annoying, and difficult, and you wish it was easier, then you beat the boss and think it was easy and wish there was something more.

This is that boss.

I can attest to that.

Also now Grace and Glory is one of my favourite tracks.

I used to hate it but now, it's pretty damn amazing.

I used to class it as Birthday Cake Material.

Still better than Dubstep though.

You know what I hate about the Legend of Zelda fanbase?

They never know what they want and always thinks the current game is shit. Then when the next one comes out they talk about how awesome the last game is.

I will bet my life on that when we get a new Zelda for WiiU, we won't stop hearing about how good Skyward Sword was and how shit that Zelda is.

When I think about it, a huge part of the Super Mario fanbase is the opposite.

My problem with the Zelda fanbase is that they can't say anything about bad Zelda and have the same elitist attitude. Probably my fault for even talking in the YouTube comment section, but when I talked about what a crap and annoying character Fi is, no-one wanted to agree that she is because you're never allowed to say anything bad about the Zelda games. Crap undeveloped character that wasn't funny and had the (some of) the worst dialogue for a Zelda game. Then they resort to "Go back and play CoD" as if they have a level of superiority because they play Zelda.

Welcome to the world of hardcore fanbases for anything you two, the majority of most hardcore fanbases are blind to so much because they must insist that whatever it is that they are a fan of is amazing no matter what, as for the Zelda fanbase not knowing what they want, kinda true because I never heard them say shit about Twilight Princess that was negative, but if you can honestly say you heard them say negative things about that game then feel free to dismiss my statement about it.

I actually think Skyward Sword was one of the best 3D zeldas. Of course, all of them are fun anyways.

It had great dungeon themes (though most of them were small and I wish a lot of them were bigger).
Great bosses
Great story
Controls were fun though got annoying having to reset them a lot

You should see the "hardcore" Resident Evil fanbase. They absolutely hate everything that has been released since Zer0. This coming from a guy who moderates an RE forum.

I guess the same goes for those "hardcore" Sonic fans. THE EYES ARE GREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEN!!!!!!!!

Has anyone seen any gameplay of Anarchy Reigns/Max Anarchy? It looks surprisingly good, and all the characters look unique and distinct enough to where no two characters are alike.

To anyone who doesn't know: This game was supposed to be released in the Western countries back in June, but SEGA decided to say no to that, and kept the game only in Japan, despite the game being fully translated, voices, menus, etc. Completely translated, and ready to ship out, and they didn't let it happen. Instead, they kept the game only in Japan, and are going to release it everywhere else this coming January, but they knocked the price down to $30. Now, I'm not sure why they knocked the price down, since it seems a little unfair to Platinum, but at least we'll finally see it.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-DtTN0wGKy0

(I don't know how to make the video in the post itself, sorry)

EDIT: The video is lacking several characters, since that video is from March.

I played it earlier this year (if you have a Japanese Xbox acco you can download the demo which has functioning online (I found 2 people from the Netherlands though...odd))
The characters Jack, Baron and Mathilda are from the game Mad World on the Wii(awesome game and obviously made by Platinum). Plus they added Bayonetta but it would be that LITTLE bit more sweeter if they added Sam from Vanquish. He would fit perfect in this game.

Yea, but Big Bull and Rin Rin are also from MadWorld. And honestly, I don't get why they brought Bayonetta in. From what I've seen, she's a bit cheap. She has such a long reach with her 'killer weapons' despite being a regular sized character. Anyway, I'm surprised Platinum didn't just decide to cut their contract with SEGA after this little stunt. It's just really unfair to Platinum. All their hard work, and the price is just gonna be bumped down because SEGA wanted to be assholes.

Well, the VGA's are tonight.

I wonder how bad they will suck. At least there's a game being announced tonight. And some games will get new trailers. That's what I'm looking forward to, anyways.

It will probably suck like normal.

I just finished Darksiders 1. Excellent game and a lot better than I expected it to be. This game is making me hope even more than THQ prevails so they can continue publish sweet games like this!

After I'm done plowing through my homework I'm going to start Darksiders 2.

For my 1000th post. I'm going to make a topic from a game that was announced at the VGA's tonight. Apparently (and evidence is showing this correct) it's MGS5.

It's only £16 here which is a HUGE bargin. Good catch too. I forgot about BB and RR. I guess they put Bayonetta in because she's their property She fits the game perfectly too. I agree too, Platinum are incredible. I'm buying Anarchy Reigns just to support 'em. I enjoyed the demo, love the characters and that it's a non-traditional fighter. Watching Matt and Pat play it get me HYPED.

I've been playing Darksiders 2 and daaaamn is it long. It's not as linear as Darksiders which had a more Zelda overworld, whereas Darksiders 2 is you randomly entering a dungeon. Loving it so far though. It's much tougher though in terms of puzzles. Amazing bosses too!
