WTF? Moments

[Hexadecimal]

I'm sure there's tons out there! What are some moments in games that came out of nowhere, were just so bizarre, or ridiculous that you may have actually said "What the fuck?" out loud.

My first ever one came when I was playing Digital Devil Saga 2. I can't remember the exact context, but there were two women discussing the character Sera. One of them didn't seem to have any regard for Sera's well being at all when the other one exclaims "But she's your daughter! Made from your own sperm and egg!". I seriously thought I had heard that completely wrong but, nope, turns out Sera's bitch mom is a hermaphrodite.

I really think some of the boss climbs in Catherine are really out there, but especially the Child with a Chainsaw.

I actually found this both funny and super awkward, but I know a lot of people were taken aback by Shadow Kanji:

I watched Two Best Friends play Heavy Rain and I couldn't believe how rapey nearly all of Madison's scenarios were, but the crowning moment is if, after entering this dude's house, she accepts the drink.

I don't even want to know what happens if you fail that one. *shudders*

Oh, and this one was totally my fault, but I heard about a game that got a fan translation called Dramatical Murder. I was warned it was a BL game, but I decided to not look like a chump and ask what that stood for. Big mistake. I found out soon enough it stood for "Boys Love" when my character got gang raped. I was through with it after that xD

Katamari Damacy. The whole game is one big ol' WTF moment.

But seriously, a real moment for me came when playing Persona 4
and every damned time the characters say "You're not me!" We have everyone except the main character go through this scenario, and never does it occur to the Investigation Team to run forward and clamp a hand over the person's mouth so they don't utter the "Serious Business Mode" phrase of the Shadows. Never do they actually try to actively stop it. The most they do is say "Don't say it."
And that's it.

Another moment came in Heavy Rain.
My moment was pretty much the entire Ethan storyline. He could have called the cops the moment Shaun got kidnapped. But no, he acts like a dumbass and decides to find the kid himself. It's even shown that it's possible for Jayden to figure out who the killer is and save Shaun without any evidence of Ethan in the mix. Ethan didn't have to do anything. In fact, calling the cops could have helped them get to Shaun much sooner. But no, Ethan's gotta be the hero and save his son without help. What an idiot.
Dude, FUCK that Catherine stage boss. I seriously cannot beat him for the life of me and UGH RAGE MODE!

Well I suppose the only moment that made me say WTF out loud (While also getting in trouble for saying it out loud in front of my parents) was probably the twist in the second second disc. I can't really explain it myself, but here goes.

Basically the main character's father, goes on an expedition onto another planet (Because it's the future with space ships and other races and planets and blah blah) and they fine this gate. And surpiiiise! THE GATE TALKS! I raised a brow at it, but I'm like "meh whatever he sounds cool." The gate talks about how humans have evolved far for their own good and that they should be destroyed, in fear of uprising against "The Creator." The only message that the gate leaves for them is to "Resign thyselves." So what did the main character's father do??

APPARENTLY THEY THOUGHT IT'D BE POTASSIUM (K) TO TURN THEIR CHILDREN INTO BIOLOGICAL MAGICAL WEAPONS OF MASS DESTRUCTION...

YEA...

The main character Faiyt, is Destruction, while a girl named Maria is Alteration, and then Sophia is something I don't remember, woman was STILL useless anyways except for being able to unlock said gate.

Apparently when the humans were going to be destroyed, they were visited by strange winged beasts called Executioners (Proclaimers(Resembling angelic women) go to planets to warn them of their upcoming demise, then Enforcers (Resembling angelic dragons) come in and slap shit, and the Convictors (resembling weird ass fallen angels) act like children and STILL slap shit) and these Executioners start blowing up ships and planets. So the character and his friends go to this gate (The source of the beasts) and go through it to stop The Creator from killing off their dimension...

So what do they find? I'LL TELL YOU WHAT THEY FIND!

A FUCKING SUPER FUTURE CITY AND YOU KNOW /WHAT/ THEY FIND OUT?! DO YOU /REALLY/ WANT TO KNOW?!

THEIR LIFE IS A VIDEO GAME

YES. YOU'RE PLAYING A GAME WITHIN A GAME.

Hell at least .Hack did it right. They had it so the video game was affecting the real word... In this it's like "YO DAWG WE HEARD YOU LIKE GAEMS." It was fine JUST the way it was. They could have had some God of some sort, but it turned out to be all just a game. Then the ending was SO confusing, that I can't even explain it, because I LITERALLY had no idea WHAT was happening.

That's all I got for this game.
How do I use spoiler tags?

You can use
to display forum codes without them functioning, like above.

The Mass Effect 3 ending. Didn't like it and it didn't make any sense.

Borderlands 2
When Handsom Jack kills Bloodwing
The ending to Dead Space 1. Shit brix.

In Batman: Arkham Asylum. Scarecrow pretends to break the game and I honestly thought my Xbox was broken/breaking.
Can't think of any more right now.

[Skarro]

Yeah the Arkham Asylum thing was the biggest wtf I ever experience in gaming ever

Ok,i was visiting a friend of mine who owns a copy of Megaman 3.As i know i suck at every GODDAMN N.E.S. game,so i expected to die miserably(probably by jumping at the first gap in the game and all of a sudden i die).I choose the Snakeman Lvl. and then something happens.

I didn't Die,i beat the whole level and I also didn't die the one after that(Went after Geminiman).I was seriously on a roll. But then Shit happen. The damn Console froze on me,Ands i was like "ARE F@&KING KIDDING ME!?!??"

Then after that,i still haven't ever got to beat a megaman level where i didn't die once.
