RE: Ageing
For me it'd probably be the slowly approaching our inevitable deaths...
But other than that, acne is a bitch.

Welcome the death! It'll put an end to all our ageing gripes, at least. The grim reaper vs itchy nosehair ... that's a tough call for me.

RE: Ageing
I'm 23 - shaving used to irritate me but I've kind of gotten used to it. I love my goatee but I haaate the fact that I have a mustache.

I think the worst part of aging for me is looking at all of the folks I grew up with. Many make changes for the worse. A guy who was my best friend in high school committed suicide about three years back.

And also, the fact that my days just go by so dang fast. It's happening very abruptly. I'd like to know how 12 hours can be condensed into what seems like 5.

RE: Ageing
Yeah, seeing friends die is pretty fucking awful. My friend from school who I knew from about the age of 4 dropped dead some years back. You have my sympathies, man, I know that kinda stuff leaves mental scars.

I think you're right, with age comes LESS TIME somehow. There must be some kind of sliding scale. When you're 17 you can go out, get drunk, get stoned, sober up and have a great night. These days it takes a million years just to have a bath and put my socks on.

It's horrible, yeah. This guy wasn't even someone who had suicidal tendencies at ALL, he was actually somewhat spiritual and mild mannered... I guess its always people you least expect!

And I relate - I used to enjoy showers, but now I kind of dread them, since it seems like 30% of my day is absorbed by the task itself.

And somehow it takes forever to dry yourself off after showers! I swear towels don't work as well these days.

I'm in my mid-twenties... I guess the hardest part is watching the movie industry destroying everything I loved as a child.

RE: Ageing
So do I. I feel old sometimes, seeing as how I don't have a DVD player hooked up to my TV - just my VHS player!

Still have all the ORIGINAL Star Wars (not the redone CGI one) on VHS. George Lucas can suck a big one for what he's done.

Instead of having tons of time and no money, I now have no time AND no money.
