Hello There, Guest!  LoginRegister
Welcome to the former forums for DidYouKnowGaming?! In March of 2013, VGFacts was launched and this community was merged into the new forums there. These forums were originally taken offline at that time but I brought them back as an archive while transferring sites to the new server. Registrations and all interaction (posting, editing, moderation, etc.) are disabled but everything can still be read. If you're interested in joining the community, head on over to https://www.vgfacts.com/forums/ and join there but I've always thought it was important to preserve a site's roots so these forums will forever be available in this read-only state. Enjoy!

RE: Riddle Me this?
To me it makes perfect sense, the manual that came with Donkey Kong Country had a backstory that had Diddy Kong guarding Donkey Kong's bannanna hoard and K. Rool invaded and stole them all and sealed Diddy in a DK barrel near the entrance to the hoard which is where you begin the game in Donkey Kong Country.

Quote:My game was consider the best of all games in the console i was put in.

As much as I love Conker, you can't say he was the best game of any of the consoles he has games on. It's purely subjective.

You do realize i said "consider" as if in a lot of people opinions. and i only specified Conker Bad fur day.Otherwise, i would"ve wroten "my games is widely consider the best of all games in all the Consoles i was put in".

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Conker's_Bad_Fur_Day

Quote:The game received very positive reviews from video game publications, which praised the game's graphics, audio, and presentation. It is widely considered by many critics to be the best-looking game on the system.

Since we're quoting wikipedia, here are some:

Oot page:
Quote:
Quote:After publication, Ocarina of Time was featured on a number of compiled lists of best or most influential games, including those of Electronic Gaming Monthly,[109] IGN,[103][104][110] and Nintendo Power.[105] In June 2009, it was voted as the best game ever in GameFAQs' reader poll.[102]

Also,

Majora's Mask page:
Quote:IGN considered the texture design to be one of the best created for the Nintendo 64

Now, looking at the Conker's page you linked:

Quote: It is widely considered by many critics to be the best-looking game on the system.
As far as I'm concerned, best-looking =/= best game.

Also,

Quote:On the review aggregator GameRankings, the game has an average score of 89%, making it the 15th best reviewed N64 game.

Which still isn't the best.
