It's a part of the Devil Summoner series; the only ones available in English so far are Devil Summoner Raidou Kuzunoha vs. the Soulless Army and King Abaddon for the PS2.

I have no idea what the original Devil Summoner came out for but Soul Hackers was for the Sega Saturn and then the PS1, whose English release was cancelled. It's supposedly one of the greatest Shin Megami Tensei games of all time, plus Victor is an awesome Dracula sea captain, so I want to play it so dang bad!

I just hope I can get used to playing the older mechanics again. They really simplified them for the newer games.

A series I've been meaning to play.

I strongly urge you to do so! Soulless Army is actually super easy, lighthearted, and a bit too short, but it's seriously so much fun! You actually get to control Raidou instead of it being turned based like all the SMT games. Plus, if you're not too familiar with SMT games in general, it's a really good stepping stone because the fusion process is simplified as well and there's a smaller amount of demons that you can fuse.

Abaddon amps up the difficulty and gets a bit darker. You can control two demons at once, Raidou has a lot more combat options, there's a lot more areas to explore, and you get option case files that you can take. The only problem is that the game is prone to randomly freezing for about the first half but then seems to get better. I do prefer Soulless Army, but Abaddon did improve on it in every way. I just didn't like certain points of the plot since it made me feel all sad and icky inside ><

So I just finished Telltale's Walking Dead Episode 5, which wraps up season 1, and i'm just completely in just awe. For them to make a game turn into such a masterpiece is astonishing. Never thought i'd be so into the narrative into any game like that.

Turns out that that debug menu was just a mock-up. Nintendo fixed it pretty quickly.

On another subject. Simon (the cat I'm watching) was making me laugh last night. I was playing Minecraft, and every time it would thunder in the game, he would look at the screen like "What was that?" Or every time there was a new noise that he hasn't heard before.

Cute kitty is cute.

Last time I was on Steam I bought Penumbra Trilogy, Home and a bundle of Cthulhu Saves the World and Breath of Death VII from the Halloween sale. I think all of that was under 10€.

Grrh... Now I just need to get some recording/editing program that actually works so I can LP Home and possibly a new Penumbra game.

Am I the only person experiencing an incredible amount of drop shotters in Black Ops 2?

I haven't gotten killed by all too many drop shotters. A good tip is to just aim for the crotch area if you're in a lobby filled with drop shotters.

Games for windows live sucks
Dont you ever fucking purchase a game that requires an account for this fucking god awful system, I made the mistake of registering my product key to the wrong account. (They do not inform you that windows games live accounts are gamertags for xbox) I was able to provide info on both accounts fully, they are both mine and after 2 hours on the phone being transferred around, wasting my morning and they said it's impossible to switch and I will have to purchase another copy of the game. FUCK windows live and gamertags and microsoft all together. Such a simple fucking request.

Sounds like something that should've been posted in The Free Thread.

That's what it's there for.

So... I have to re-do chapter 4 of Halo 4 because I didn't get the achievement for beating it. Not like that's a problem or anything.

I'm glad I spent that hour on that level for nothing....
