Hard to say what my #1 favourite is. I've been playing a lot of Theatryhtm recently, so I'm very partial to Final Fantasy songs recently. Some of the ones I really love from FF:
-Terra's Theme (FFVI)
-Overworld Theme (FFIV)
-To Zanarkand (FFX)
-Battle at the Big Bridge, Home Sweet Home (FFV)

But I also love Zelda music. Gerudo Valley, the main Zelda theme, Hyrule Field (notably Twilight's version), and many others.
