I agree that the soundtrack to Ocarina of Time is fantastic. I also really like the music for Banjo-Kazooie and a lot of the vocal tracks from Sonic Adventure 2. Oh, and I never get sick of hearing "Fly me to the Moon" in Bayonetta.
Here's two obscure ones that folks might not have heard. The first is from Space Channel 5 Part 2 and the other is from Rule of Rose.
