Jet Set Radio Future.

Well, 10 years is a classic, but the thing about this game is that because of it being cel-shaded, and having a good art style, a 9/10 original soundtrack, decent voice actors and controls that make sense, it still holds out pretty good today, unlike it's original on the Dreamcast.

You should play Phantom Crash, it's a very good third person shooter involving mechs.

It had some awesome music and gameplay.
