Welcome to the former forums for DidYouKnowGaming?! In March of 2013, VGFacts was launched and this community was merged into the new forums there. These forums were originally taken offline at that time but I brought them back as an archive while transferring sites to the new server. Registrations and all interaction (posting, editing, moderation, etc.) are disabled but everything can still be read. If you're interested in joining the community, head on over to https://www.vgfacts.com/forums/ and join there but I've always thought it was important to preserve a site's roots so these forums will forever be available in this read-only state. Enjoy!

RE: The Third Degree - actionisforlosers
HERE you go:

1.What state is surrounded by the most water?

2. A woman has 7 children, half of them are boys. How can this be possible?

3. I guarantee," said the salesman in the pet shop, "that this purple parrot will repeat every word it hears." A customer bought the bird, but found that the parrot wouldn't speak a single word. Nevertheless, what the salesman said was true. How could this be?

4. A man was born in 1955. He's alive and well today at age 33. How is this possible?

5. What do these 3 have in common? Superman, Moses, The Cabbage Patch Kids

6.If you are being held captive by crazy midgets, and they say, "You can say one sentence. But, if you tell the truth, we will shoot you; if you lie, you will be hung." What can you say that will keep you alive?

7.Do you feel that the forums are having less member being active than should be?

RE: The Third Degree - actionisforlosers
(I would like to sign up) I have questions.

1. When you go to the beach do you prefer walking in the water or on the sand

2. If you were to invent a gameshow about sharks, a spinning lucky wheel and a chainsaw jeep
what would you call it?

3. What time is it if you take the current hour, time it with 2 and divide by 10 minus 1

4. Think up a name for a new flavor of anything

I would like to be put into the participant list if I'm allowed.

Also, I've got a few questions.

1. What is a quarter pounder called in metric using countries?

2. What question bothers you the most about life?

3. Jack Nicholson and Morgan Freeman get in a fight...who wins?

4. What is a man?

My mistake, I totally didn't look at the post date. I just saw that this thread had more posts in it than other threads in this sub forum, so I assumed it was active.

Allow me -

1 - In Canada, it's "quarter pounder". In Qu├ębec, they are called "Quart de livre". In the U.K., it's "quarter pounder". Various parts of Europe have the "quarter pounder" becuase it sounds American and that ties in with the brand.
I do remember that the EU was having a faff about it due to metrification legislation that was brought in. Now, in most EU countries you need the weight in grams on the packaging.

2 - "But why?" The vast majority of statements can be followed by this, and there was always an obnoxious little [x] when you were young who thought it was cool to say that over and over again. They were the same person who would say "I know you are but what am I?"

3 - They wouldn't. They wouldn't want to risk ending the world through their combined powers.

4 - Oman is a country in the Arabian Peninsula.

EDIT - No idea what I pressed but I accidentally closed the thread. It's now re-opened
