Nintendo has talked about it they have a very strict policy against making the customer pay for additional DLC. I'm pretty sure Iwata was against the whole concept of DLC and Reggie wasn't a fan of paying for it. He said that their own IP games will never ask the customer for DLC, but we'll see.

DLC is a great concept, it's these companies that are working on DLC before the game is released, or even worse put the DLC right on the disc and force you to pay for unlocks that make DLC seem like a bad thing.

One example of how it oculd have been good for nintendo is simply releasing new galaxy's for Super mario galaxy instead of making Mario galaxy 2 which wasnt much different. Also more worlds for new mario bros wii.

The chatter of DLC is ironic with the Capcom example being given... Just saying.

But I've always enjoyed Namco Bandai games, at least for the most part. Katamari, Tekken, Tales of, Bomberman, Dark Souls, Eternal Sonata...

These are all great games. I have faith.

edit: Oh, and they made the Mario Kart game for arcades, which kicks serious donkey balls.

Yeah. There is no way it will be Smash Bros. Wii U because it's way too early in developement. Sakurai seriously hadn't even begin Smash Bros. before Kid Icarus was finished to I doubt it will be anything of worth to show just yet.

Nah. They made a good 10 minute video of it here a couple of days ago.
