I have to say, it was quite delicious. The bacon weave turned crispy (which was amazing with the barbeque sauce and spices) and did an excellent job of keeping the pork roast nice and juicy.

Years of cooking experience serve me well.

What am I doing now - just got home from work, pants are off, music is on and I'm browsing the forum. Debating between barbeque chips or salt 'n vinegar.

OH hai. I actually got the bomb and roundhouse kicked it with one second left. It went out my window and into the neighbor's house so its all good.
