RE: The Free Thread
Just found out something awesome. I have the "old" Youtube back. You have to do this:

You have to use Google Chrome, go to Youtube, right click on the Youtube logo and click "Inspect element". After that go to "Console" and write this: document.cookie="VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE=qDpUsBNO0FY; expires=Thu, 2 Aug 2020 20:47:11 UTC"

Press enter and voilá.

Thanks Smile The problem is, the edit button is now where the "reply" button was, so I keep nearly editing people's posts. Need to re-learn some reflexes Big Grin
Hope you feel better soon

And now you see that problem I had those months ago when I became mod. Accidentally clicking edit and post then realising what you've done. Oddly, no-one else has actually done this just me.

I almost done it a couple of times. But I realized it right as soon as I clicked Edit Post.

Happened to me too on Resident Evil Forums. I still to this day sometimes accidentally click the edit button instead of reply.

I don't understand why Facebook users (of all people) are upset by it. The fact you use Facebook means you already sold your information for free. Instagram announcing their update is nothing special since Facebook does this without telling anyone. Humans are the product of Facebook and your personal information is the currency.

Except that putting personal info on Facebook is already stupid. The only truly personal thing I have on it is a secondary email account that I use for my MMO's and obviously Facebook. I never even talk about personal shit on Facebook because it's a bit pointless to talk about it. I use it for random posts about things going through my head when I'm playing my games or writing. It actually pisses me off to see people unleashing this torrent of personal crap like relationship issues, job issues, school issues, etc. It's annoying. This is why I mainly use Facebook to keep up to date on things like Two Best Friends, TeamFourStar, YugiohAbridged, etc. Personal stuff is boring, anyway.

Oh yes, the snow storm, hoping I get a day off school from that, but I am not looking forward to the shoveling I'm gonna have to do.

This is what I saw on Facebook. I live in the middle of Galena and Freeport (on this map, my town isn't actually listed). And weather.com says we're supposed to get 6+ inches.

And I have family coming up this weekend from Missouri.... I hope the roads aren't bad by then.

Get your scarf out Big Grin

I just went skating with a friggin minor snowstorm in my face because that's apparently what Canadian's like to do. It's strange because they're announcing over 0C (32F) for the next few days here in Ottawa. I don't want the snow to melt Sad

Oh damn, you're right in the middle of this thing, my town is in the middle of Madison and Platteville, so I'm definitely not getting hit as hard as you.

Speaking of snow, this place has crazy snow infrastructure. It snows and 10 minutes later, EVERY SINGLE sidewalk is ploughed. I think Canada has an army of sentient snowploughs that just pop out of the ground when they're needed
