I bawled all the way through that game pretty much. Grew up with that series.

I cried at Half Life 2 Episode 2.

Can't remember what else I've bawled at either I'll come back when I remember. Haha!

I bawled my eyes out at the ending of MGS3. Just that freeze frame of Big Boss giving the salute gets me teary eyed. ;_;7

Bioshock 1 and 2 also made me cry a bit.

When I beat the last of the Sevii Isles in Pokemon Leaf Green, I felt really sad that it was over. I know I could train up and everything, but it was the end of Red's journey.

Shadow of the Colossus. Pretty much the entire game with its beauty. Also the ending. But especially when...

When you're approaching the final colossus crossing the bridge, and it collapses. The horse (I think his name was Agro?) launches the hero off his back and falls into the ravine. The hero then yells for him in despair.

My god.... the feeling of helplessness and aloneness I felt practically brought me to tears.
