Do you own any rare games/consoles?

In terms of Money, and how hard it is to find.

For me, one of my rarest games is Skies of Arcadia: Legends which can go for wayyyy too much money these days. I also own the original for the Dreamcast, which goes for about £50 online.

Minish Cap is another game, which I've seen go for £50 online.

I also own 2 Special Pikachu Edition Game Boy Colors, which have gone pretty high online.

Also, Skyward Sword with the special Wii Controller bundle, which has gone to £50 these days.

I think that's about it, my collection is lacking a bit, but I have some other things. For one I own over 100 360 games, About 10 Dreamcast games, 15 PS2 and PS3 games, 11 3DS and 13 Vita Games, and the entire Halo collections (1, 2, 3, ODST, Wars, Reach, 4, Anniversary).

So yeah, It's not that great, but I still want to get a few more games, such as Shenmue for the DC, as well as Twin Snakes, Paper Mario TTYD, and Xenoblade Chronicles.

The only rare game I have as far as I know is Baten Kaitos Origins, which is only rare in terms of hard to find, the price range on the other hand varies a lot I see it on Amazon for $40 (new [a little over $20 for used]) but I can also find it on GameStop's site for $7 used, so I can't be sure of the actual value. As for things I'm not sure of, I have a gold cartridge of Ocarina of Time, but I'm not sure how rare those are, and then I got a Halo 3 limited edition Xbox 360, but that doesn't really count because it's broken...oh yeah and, I have one Pikachu Gameboy Color around here somewhere.

I've only owned one rare game. It was Tomba!(yes, the exclamation mark is part of the title) for the PS1/PSX, but have since sold it. I sold it to a friend for $15, but later found out it was selling online for up to $150. Ah well, serves me right for not checking it out beforehand.

EDIT: I also owned Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha VS King Abaddon for the PS2. I, however, am only assuming it is rare, since it is not only a SMT game, which are hard enough to find normally, but also a part of one of the less popular series.

I went through my games while checking them on eBay and the only games I have that are worth something are Ehrgeiz for PS1, Soul Nomad and the World Eaters for PS2 and RE3 CiB Big Box for PC. I did buy those games when they were already rare, though.

I do have the seperate PS1 demo discs for RE3 and Silent Hill, if those amount to anything. At least the RE3 demo seems to be pretty rare.

Oh yeah, and I have the Sweet Home for Famicom, CiB.

The closest thing to rare games for me to own is (which isnt so rare) a black label re1 directors cut ps1.
And megaman x collection for ps2

If an NES that still works is considered rare, than count me in. How about a properly working light gun for the NES? I have that, it's super fun

Hmm I do not know if I have any rare games or not, I still have an SNES, that is the oldest console I own) with around 7-10 SNES games.

I also have a Dreamcast but that is not as rare is it?

I have a Dreamcast as well.

Shame I don't have many games for it.

Go to Amazon, their prices are not that bad for Dreamcast games.

Yeah, but the thing is I don't like online shopping. The last time I shopped online was like a year ago.

I own 2 gameboy colors, Pokemon red and the pikachu one. A dreamcast and a gensis. Not so sure about what games I have that are rare though, I do have a copy of Minish cap. Is the original Xbox considered rare, I have one of those. I don't really feel like getting a price range for anything though....

Not at all. Well, unless you have a special edition one. Same goes for Dreamcast and Genesis.

You know, it sucks how in here pretty much everything that's older than PS2 is ridiculously hard to get. Unless it's a sports game. Or a cartoon/movie tie-in. Everyone is selling those. Sadly, and this regarding the tie-ins, nobody is selling the ones that are actually good. So to say, if you own a NES game here, it's worth a bunch of money.
