Information unevolved question
I caught an abra in pokemon white.
I do not wish to evolve him, I know a lvl 100 Abra is much weaker then a lvl 100 Alakazam. On top of this Abra learns NO moves.

Is there any way to get a maxed Abra as tough as a maxed Alakazam?

Thanks.

RE: unevolved question
Well, you can teach it TM's but other than that(Tutor may be a other option but i don't know),it is basically your only choice.

RE: unevolved question
Well, yeah, TMs, tutor moves, and just do your best with Nature and EVs. Good luck with that :/

RE: unevolved question
Technically speaking, probably.
If you caught him with a good nature and steadily EV trained him, he could end up with better stats than a really crappy Alakazam.

"good nature and steadily EV trained him" Sorry haven't always been super into pokemon, what does this mean?

And yeah it seems like with the proper TM's I can get him some decent moves, think im more worried about stats now.

For the best possible nature, refer to this chart: [link]

RE: unevolved question
Thanks. Is there anything that raises the maximum of a stat? even if it's cheating, using glitches ect...?

So read up on that nature page along with EV training. So im thinking get a special attack focused nature, (I can recatch Abras easy) and then EV all special attack, and the rest into defense. Then give my abra 2 psychic style attack TM's , Rest TM and Recycle TM (and hold an awake berry so when I rest, i wake up and recycle the berry.)

What do you guys think? Would that be significantly weaker then an alakazam? If I don't play competitively with he be decent?

Well you can try but....
Here are the stats for each Pokemon
[Image: hwwlW.png]

While you could try to get a completely bitchin' ABRA with maxed EVs (and assuming you have the high IVs), you still wouldn't be able to do much. Alakazam itself is a glass canon. Extremely powerful but VERY fragile(as you can see by both of Alakazams Defense stats).

If you want A powerful Abra you can get one and with high IVs, correct EVs, decent (but limited) moveset and maaaaaybe do some damage.
Abra is classed as LC, 'Little Cup' and is one of the best of the weakest Pokemon. Alakazam however is classed as OU as it's actually one of the most powerful Pokemon in the game. So you're only limiting what you could be fully capable off in a match.

RE: unevolved question
Thanks for the info. This really throws off my plan I didn't realize the huge gap. Sad Guess I'll look into AR codes or deal with an alakazam
