I don't know about that. I don't have an arcade stick, and I'm pretty good at fighters. My friend has an arcade stick, is ranked online(somewhere around 216 in a ranking of 1000 people) and I can kick his ass with just the basic console controller.

I'm not saying arcade sticks don't help some people, but I find no use for them.

MvC3 and SF4 is fine. But not for anything like KoF or past SF games.

I'm pretty sure that the guy who hit second place at KoF at EVO used a pad.

Bala uses a stick dude. So does Romance and the CAFEiD crew.
