I'm not uncomfortable with the size of my penis, I love it how it is, but it's the only thing I can think of. I'm fat, but I'm working on that. I dunno, it's just the only thing I think I would change, just because I'd like to know what it'd be like if it was longer. Not like pool cue long, just a tad longer.
I guess if not my penis, then I would want to be skinnier (not skeleton skinny, but not as fat as I am). It's hard when you're very comfortable and content with your body.
