In Bayonetta, Bayonetta references Veiwtiful Joe by saying "Henshin a go-go baby!" Which is Joe's catchphrase. This is most likely due to the fact that most of the people who work for Platinum Games, were the same people who worked for Clover Studios (Developers of Okami, Viewtiful Joe, God Hand etc.)
