10/10 games that are flawed

I don't often give 10/10's but Losy Odyssey is sooooo deserving however I can see that it is flawed in the sense that the loading times can be long before battles.

I also consider Bioshock 10/10 but think it's a bit too short, I think never-ending would be the only acceptable length for it

As for retro games Sonic 3 and Knuckles is perfect but no notable flaws same with Yoshi's Island.
I could go more obscure and mention Panzer Dragoon Saga and Shining the Holy Ark... But let's leave that
