Reputation.

The thanks system is ok. It makes people know that they are posting things that are actaully worth something. About the reputation I'm not so sure, and although I do see people whoring about reputation points, I have nothing wrong with it.

I only bring it up now because I formerly was the community director of a very large gaming community and their reputation system was a broken unbalanced mess and it led to a pretty bad division in the community. DYKG isn't that big of a site, so hopefully they will not have the same issues.
