I really don't see Duke Nukem as a scary game but if you want games like that I would suggest go for Doom, Wolfenstein and Serious Sam.

I actually had not heard of Hotel 666 before. After a quick google search I am led to believe you are talking about this UDK Game Project. Seems pretty nice.

In any case, what consoles do you have or are you only playing on PC? That should narrow down the options

Doom, Serious Sam and Wolfenstein are somewhat similar to Duke Nukem and all of them are available on PC. Then again, I'm assuming you're talking about the 3D FPS Duke Nukem games. That's right, right?
