See, Nintendo just wants to make their consoles affordable. So, they're willing to take a hit to make sure many more people will buy it.

The thing is though, I believe that the Wii U won't sell as well as the Wii. Despite it getting a pretty good headstart compared to the NextBox and PS4.

I think when we see a price drop will be in 2014. I'm sure some stores will have a sale on them one way or the other next year, too.
