Shoutouts to Hayley Williams [Image: dat_ass_by_edielflaco-d2yp82q.png]

I never liked Paramore. One time, I took my friends daughter to Warped Tour and they were playing. Hayley was standing around giving autographs, and the girl I was with was so excited. So we got her book out, opened a sharpie, and walked up. When there was only me and the girl left, Hayley looked at me, looked at the girl, looked back at me and said, very rudely "I have to go backstage now" and walked away without signing Courtneys magazine.

You are completely wrong. Food does a lot as well.

Yeah indeed. In a nutshell your body uses the food you eat to put towards many areas of the body, one of which being skin cells. If you put crappy food in you, you'll have a crappy body with acne.
Fatty foods (Too high in oil which your body rejects and causes acne)
High sugar foods (They lower the immune system meaning your body can't fight bacteria and then causing acne)

Food does do a lot, but hormone levels do more. I had the absolute worst acne, all over my body. Then suddenly, it just stopped. I ate the same, but I had grown up. Teenage years are the worst.

Fun little tidbit- I am a licensed hairdresser. In some continuing education classes I have taken, I have learned that Nioxin shampoo and conditioner helps to keep acne away. I have tried it myself (I still got the occasional breakout until I started using Nioxin) and on family and friends. Give it a shot if they sell it around your area (don't be disheartened by the price- you only need a TINY amount, even for long hair. Use shampoo on the scalp only, and conditioner on the ends only. I can go into further detail if you would like. Just ask Smile )
