RE: April Fool's DYKG
Did you know that Team Rocket from Pokemon was originally going to be an organization of koopa trying to bring bowser into the Pokemon world? This design did not go through and in the end became the base for the concept of Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.

How about.

"Ironically, there are exactly 64 games with the title of "64" on the Nintendo 64."

RE: April Fool's DYKG
On the first few copies of Super Smash Bros. Melee, by performing a series of intricate, split-second button presses while the game starts, after finishing a match while playing as Mario, the player can actually fight Sonic and unlock him. His set seems to be about the same as it was in Brawl, except his attacks were much faster. It was supposedly a surprise by the development team, but as soon as Nintendo found out about it, they recalled all the copies a few days after it came in order to avoid conflict with Sega.

Actually, you know how everyone repeats Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres as being uno, dos and tres, I think the April Fool DYKG, should be MOltres Zapdos ARTicuno, spelling Mozart.

In a interview with one of the devs for pokemon red and blue ,gastly was actually the evovled version of cloyster, where if one was to have a fainted cloyster and encounter the lady on pokemon tower, she will revive it with "ghost stone",the latter will evovle to a gastly. The reason for the idea was abandon that it was "deem" to gory for the intended audience.

Chrono Trigger was originally going to take place in one time period, 2012, where the end boss Lavos was supposed to be the idol of a mayan god. This explains Lynx's final boss theme in Chrono Cross.

RE: April Fool's DYKG
Okay guys, I got a somewhat unbelievable believable one, and we can credit this source as well.

It's a fake story btw

"When many of Sega's ex-employees, and workers who worked on the Dreamcast, found out that Sony's Playstation Vita console was failing, they decided to have a party to celebrate, they ended the party by throwing Sony consoles and controllers off the roof, and dancing to samba de amigo they also invited Kazuo Hirai but he declined."
