Anyone here Device's new song, Vilify? I love it. David has such a unique singing style.

Thank you for telling me this news! Just listened to it and it's damn good, also YouTube works fast so...

BAM!

Edit: Wow Warner Music is full of dicks, this video even had the entire law of fair use copied into his description and it was being used for such purposes and they still called copyright infringement...assholes.

Whether it sounds sacrilegious to say or not but kinda sounds like Disturbed. Which isn't bad.

Bloody awesome. The kick at 1:05. Frikkin' awesome drum and bass!

KT2 easily becoming and addictive muscian . Love that picture of Fourside too.

Robb Bank$ goes hard, makes some "uncommon" references compared to contemporary rap. for instance, Pokemon lol. I've recently become addicted to his music. he's also hardly known at all, which sucks ):

[SERIOUSLY THOUGH]

This is why I like this thread. I discover kick-ass music from people I've never heard about

Well it was started by David Draiman, the singer of Disturbed, so I wasn't expecting it to sound completely different.

Edit: Also welcome back Cinna.

Oooh wah ah ah ah!

John Foxx, in 1980, sounds almost like dubstep... Bass drop and everything.

Pere Ubu. It's not music for everyone, really out there, but it becomes addicting once you get used to it.

For a little harder flavor, how about Animals as Leaders?

Maybe some Helmet (mind you, 1992, but sounds really fresh)

I know, 4 different songs, buuuuttttt.... I wanted to post this.
BTW, been buying a new CD almost every week for the past 5-6 years. Let me lose in a FYE where I can burn music, and I'll walk out with 4-5 new CDs. I have spent so much money on CDs it's absolutely crazy. I have no idea how many I have now. But, I've listened to every single one from beginning to end.

I want to correct you here. Musically, doesn't sound anything like Disturbed. Vocals do, but that's because that's the way David "sings"

Which is why I've always said that he's so unique in the hard rock genre.

[Mass Distraction]

I listen to the weirdest types of music, as I propably already made clear in the "Anything but dubstep" thread.

Something like Electroswing, Nightcore, Nintendocore, Metal Medleys, Dubtrot and Z̡̤̗̤͕͈͐ͣ̓͝a̲̺̱͐͆ͭ̅̓ͬ̈́ͭͧ͢l̵̊͏̩̪̥̺͙ͅg̨͚̙ͬͫ̐̄ó̜̐̏̏̃̈́̀͛͞ ̴̧̗̺̠͚ͦ̒̋ͥͅỊ̷̴͙̰̥͎̗͔̽̓̆̄̈ͣͧn̢̦͕̟̟̤̺̘̻̈ͯ̌v̛͈͇̟ͧ̌ͥ͆̊̎̔͑͛o̝͈̙̭͉̎̏͠͠c̡̤̩͖̬̬͍̥ͧ̂̏̂a̵̛̦̞̘̠ͬ́ͨ̿ͨ͒̔t̨͕ͣ͗͒̉ͯ̚͘i̵̠̠̭ͭ̒ͧ͢o̼̳̤͓̮͙̽̊ͣ͆̚n͇̔̒̂̎ͬ͗͂.

Pop Culture is also close to heart.

Yeah I should've been more specific. The Vocals.

[BrokenWindows]

I mostly listen to Pop-Punk/Punk and emo. However, I can tolerate just about anything.

Enjoy!
