At least in comparison to the Wii?

Me? I'm very VERY excited for it. I'm glad Nintendo is focusing on the hardcore gamers much more this time than they were with the Wii. The Game Pad looks awesome and I'm liking the looks of the Game Pad Pro controller (the one that looks like a 360 controller).

I don't want to be a douchebag or anything, but there already is a thread about Wii U.

I swear to God, if I got to buy the Wii U to play a new Super Smash game... let's just say I will do something that involves fire. And jello. Lots and lots of jello.

You realize you will have to do this anyways, right (buy a Wii U for SSB)?

When has a portable version of a console game ever been as good?

I am very excited for the wii U, I wasn't last year but this year got me pumped, with it's connectivity and all.

I thought SF4 was pretty damn solid on the 3DS.

Edit - thinking about it, I thought Power Stone on the PSP was pretty good too. Though I'm just realising that this whole post is pretty off topic. Oops.

Yeah but you can't really take handheld fighters seriously.

Wii U looks interesting. Day 1 buy....just because it's Nintendo.

Yeah, they've been good they don't have any recognition within the fighting game community. Not taken seriously or worth play if you have 'em on consoles.
