Okay, we've got a thread for who you fancy, but who would you go to the pub with or whatever? Not to perpetuate the stereotype of gaming fans as a lonely bunch or anything....

I'd go for:

- Donkey Kong. He's an ape in a tie, what's not to love? I'd definitely cuddle him and feed him beer and cigarettes.
- Barry from Alan Wake because he's awesome.
- Zangief, because a man with furry shins and tight, red speedos deserves respect.
- Leisure Suit Larry because I hope to be as cool as him someday.

I'm sure there are plenty more, but that's just off the top of my head.

EDIT - I forgot Sam & Max! Self-explanatory, that one, surely.

THE COLETRAINE - Gears of War: Dude is a walking party.
Nathan Drake - Uncharted: Knows where the treasure and seems like a cool dude, but always has trouble following him.
Conker - Conkers bad Fur Day: I don't like to drink, but with Conker I would. The fun times that could be had.
Ryu - Street Fighter: Would be peaceful and relaxing
Samus - Metroid: Travelling through space with a bounty hunter. Why not?
Sazh - Final Fantasy XIII: A pretty cool dude...has a Chocobo in his hair
Ellis - Left 4 Dead 2: Never get tired of his stories.
Gordan Freeman - Half-life: Would be incredibly talkative with his stories.
Donkey Kong - Donkey Kong: Because, why not? He wears a tie.
Bayonetta - Bayonetta: Just seems like a cool person
Lloyd - Tales of Symphonia: ISN'T A generic annoying teenager, has interesting traits
Solid Snake - Metal Gear: Would be insanely cool to be seen with.
Ruby - Wet: Ridonculously smooth

Sly from the Sly Cooper series (Well if possible the WHOLE gang)
Leon S. Kennedy from Resident Evil 2 and 4)
Squall AND Laguna from Final Fantasy 8
Dante from Devil May Cry
Spyro the dragon
Yu from Persona 4
Cole from InFamous
Jack from Radiata Stories
Heather from Silent Hill 3
Luigi!!!

That's about all I wanna hang with.

Garrus- Mass Effect

Well, if he wasn't busy calibrating some engines, I think we'd have cool times talking.

Snake and Otacon - Metal Gear

Yeah, Snake would be a cool guy, he'd have stories of his missions and such, and Otacon would be interesting to talk to.

Vyse and Aika from Skies of Arcadia

I think these guys would be cool friends to hang around with, since they're pirates and all they do is loot places, it'd be cool.

Artyom from Metro 2033.

If he didn't speak Russian, and spoke English, he'd be cool to hang around with.

Phoenix Wright, because I really need a lawyer at the moment.

Phoenix Wright cause we can do whatever we want and just get out of it.
Adam Jenson because.....Well yeah.
Fontaine from Bioshock. Plasmid addiction. YEP.
Mr.House from Fallout New Vegas. Cool guy.

The cast of Persona 4 ^^

I can picture that...
*walks into pub with over 600 murderous monsters*
Hey, Barkeep, can I get a few drinks for my friends here?
*Barkeep stares with his mouth ajar as the pokemon continue to flow in*
Um, hello?
*Wailord falls on top of bar killing everyone in the process*

I would spend an evening engaging in petty small talk and awkwardly dodging glances with him.

Elijah Wood has a really cute voice.

Glad we agree that TLOS was total shit.

However I'm still fond of Elijah (IRL I think he's cute too). I'd much rather think of Spyro with that voice than know that the PS1 games had Spyro voiced like Tom Kenny (Spongebob Squarepants) and Carlos Alzaraqui (the Taco Bell Dog).

PS1 Spyro is my favorite, but Wood is my favorite voice actor. :3

Is this veering into homodragoneroticism?

You're absolutely right it is.

To get back on the subject,

I would like to hang out with Mario. Just to thank him for everything.
