The Legend of Zelda - Pols Voice
In the Famicom version of The Legend of Zelda, a Pols Voice can be defeated by shouting into the built-in microphone. This was referenced in the American manual, but since the NES had no microphone, the game was changed so that arrows were the monster's weakness.
