Gradius / Contra in Blades of Steel

This is common and the most obvious thing in the world to anybody who has played it but to everyone else it is an easily overlooked easter egg.

A small version of a boss fight from "Gradius" is playable during the second intermission of "Blades of Steel" which also shows a short ad for Contra.
