Zelda II The Adventure of Link
In some poorly emulated roms of Zelda II, pressing the left arrow causes you to exit the cave you are currently in. Making the game basicly unplayable.

Interesting bit of info, but I don't think it's quite right for the site. It's more of an error on the dumpers part than any gaming company.
