Yes! Isn't weird? I had the exact same reaction when I saw him. It should totally be a cake or something instead. I've never seen this plushy before so I have no idea what's up with it.

I wouldn't count in Eggman being intellectually smart. We're talking about a dude who has the IQ of 300, can build a huge army force of mechs and robots, turn an inter-dimensional into his slave and think it's a great idea to add weak points. I'm sure he'd get his butt handed at chess too.
