The Simpsons: Road Rage Sex Joke
I was looking in the Gamecube ISO of Road Rage when I found at the game's maker code (a value that is usually 01 for most games) it was 69.

A snap shot showing an average Gamecube game and road rage's maker code.

Could you give more of an explanation for the maker code. Is it usually 1 for a reason? Is there any chance that 69 could be a coincidence, and that it has a different reason behind it?

I believe it is part of the game ID also it's probably worth noting they changed it to 7D for Hit and Run. (yes, both are in hex)
