RE: Legend of Korra discussion?
I was. Well am I guess. I didn't complete the Last Airbender, but I still enjoyed the heck out of it and got the gist of the story. Legend of Korra seems pretty good though I have myself just looking at the environments because they look so nice. The ending of season 1 was mixed for me, but other than that its a great series and hope to see it continue.

RE: Legend of Korra discussion?
I used to watch Legend of Korra, but everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked. Kidding, it was the last episode.
Already competed The Last Airbender and Legend of Korra. This last one wasn't as funny as The Last Airbender but it stills awesome. Just didint like those love stories between Mako x Korra and Mako x Asami.
And for last, Bolin and Meelo are the funniests

Am I the only one who didn't like the ending for the first season. I thought it was really rushed and wasn't that great, like they could have done so much more with that story.
Otherwise, I love the show. I can't wait to see Aang's other children in action.

I sort of agree, although my problems lie with the Pacing more than the editing. They had less episodes to convey the story, but still at the end they just seemed to rush through the character of Amon and all. It feels like episode 12 (the finale) wasn't the finale to plots layed out from episode 1, just those layed out from episode 10. The original had far more natural pacing, and we care about Aang and his journey to master the elements and defeat the Fire Lord.
Plus the original was a lot darker. Everyone's parents were either dead, away or jerks, the main antagonist committed Genocide , the series dealt with issues that a kid-aimed show typically wouldn't deal with, like death, genocide, military dictatorship, spirituality, love, and awesome flying lemurs.

And now we get a powerful bender from the get-go playing magical dodgeball. It's just not the same.

Well they only had given 12 episodes to Nick to see if it would be good enough for a 2nd season so maybe season 2 will but more episodes (but I've read that it might be 14 this time, lets hope it's more though)

I watched the whole series in 3 days because I was getting ready for the movie (not even gonna comment on that movie, I was so disappointed)

RE: Legend of Korra discussion?
I recently watched The Last Airbender on Netflix (in full) and absolutely loved it.

I've watched every episode of Korra so far besides the season finale, and I've absolutely loved it.

RE: Legend of Korra discussion?
Oh, I would've watched it on Saturday if I wasn't out of state. I was going to do it here, but I forgot my headphones. So... I'll have to watch it when I get back.

We were supposed to leave on Sunday, but we left Saturday instead, so that's why I missed it.

Season 1 was great, save for the very end. That deus ex machina just made it hard to take Korra seriously when it happened.

RE: Legend of Korra discussion?
It doesn't say 3 more seasons, actually.

It says 26 more episodes for the 2nd season. Which I'm assuming it will do exactly what Season 1 did. Put 2 books into one season.

So, Season 2 will have 2 books as well, I'm assuming.
