This will be my starter pokemon because none of your business that's why.

In my opinion, this one looks like

wearing a hat

I ain't give a care of the world what it looks like, all that matters is how i shall destroy every trainer online.

I just realized:

What would they gonna do with StreetPass?

Automatic battle mode, where it just works out a battle in a split second based on your usual behaviour in battle. Gives you quick XP but doesn't increase your Pokez's EV/IV

You can't increase IVs, they never change. Also EV training your Pokemon would be awkward and would potentially ruin your Pokemon. Giving your Alakazam attack EVs because of Street Pass would be a huge problem. Nintendo would NEVER eff around with that stuff.

The first time a grass starter isn't some kind of reptile, but there is no disappointment. Also, Fennekin is mine, mainly due to my love of foxes, and because 4 out of the 5 previous gens, I used the fire starter first. The exception was Gen 2, because who can resist the awesome Totodile?

In all honesty, I'm not impressed by the X legendary, appearance-wise, at least. Maybe in battle, it's good, but since we have no info otherwise, this is all I have to judge it by.

Also, if Fennekin's final form is Fire/Fighting, I think I might kill someone. But, considering it's a fox, I doubt it will spontaneously evolve into a bipedal boxer....which is the same thing everyone said about Tepig, but look what happened there...

That's probably true. T'was a shot in the dark

It looks like it could tap out some sick tapdancing routines

[Arjahn]

Anyone else think that Frokie sort of looks like he's trying to flip us off?

Oh, and in response to TheRealJDawgz, yeah the starters look a lot better than most of the more recent ones, even the otter who loves TF2.

[Ouberry_13]

@Arjahn, I'm wondering why Froakie has cotton balls on his nose. It makes no sense

They're not cotton balls, they're spectacles because Froakie is a classy sonovabitch

I don't know of any spectacles that are spherical like cotton balls, but whatever

Reminded me of Ben Franklin, which makes sense because he went to France to help US revolution, and the game has an eiffel tower.

I, for one, full-heartedly approve of this game taking place in France (or at least a part of it).

Our new french overlords?
I can see in the game, a ghost frog looking for its legs.
