Unpopular "video game" Opinions general.
Just like my other thread, what are some of your unpopular opinions about Vidya?
I for one loved Fallout 3, the atmosphere, I actually stared at a distant town for about 5 minutes just thinking what's over there, and what I could find. I loved walking through DC and looking at the old propaganda, and such. The game is still very good, and I think it is one of the best RPG's of this generation.
I think Call of Duty is a decent game, while not "OMG 10/10 GOTYAY" I think it's a fun time waster and they're actually trying to make a decent game out of the series, it is just Activision and the fanbase that is ruining it.
I don't really get how fighters take skill, all I see it is memorising buttons/button mashing to win, I understand it takes time, but it's more of taking time to learn than anything else. I wouldn't class it as anything higher than the knowledge needed for a puzzle, or RTS.
I have some more, but it's 2 in the morning, and I don't even know if I can think straight.

While I do kinda like the Kingdom Hearts series, I find it far too simple. The combat system is really just a button masher, and not a very rewarding one, at that. Plus, the story is so confused with itself, adding new things that were never a part of the games to begin with. Like the whole
Roxas is technically Ventus' nobody, since he's actually Ventus' heart trapped inside Sora's, and it really makes no sense whatsoever.
The whole story is a mess of rewrites or additions. And then they tell us Kingdom Hearts 3 (though technically it would be the 8th game, but whatever) is going to end the "Xehanort Saga." They make it sound like they're going to continue the franchise after this, which makes no sense. If Xehanort finally dies for good, the true antagonist of the series is gone. There's no need to continue after it.
I realize now that I'm just ranting, so I'll stop.

RE: Unpopular "video game" Opinions general.
I absolutely loved Fallout 3. I thought the setting was nice and there was always something to explore. The game wasn't too difficult, but I think the difficulty was just right. It was my favorite bethesda-developed game until I played Skyrim.
I pretty much hate Fallout: New Vegas. I think the setting is boring and there is almost nothing to explore. The Mojave Desert was probably the worst setting to have. And New Vegas itself was a major disappointment. I was expecting a big city in ruins, like in Fallout 3. But nope, we got a stupid little town and the strip, and both were disappointing.
Call of Duty is a fun game to play when bored. A very easy game to play at that. But having a game a year is starting to kill the franchise (the only reason why they keep selling so well is because there are more kids who want to play them, really). I remember a while ago I was playing Black Ops with a friend of mine. He was complaining about how much the game sucks and he won't buy another CoD game. Yet, we went out and bought MW3 and Black Ops II.
(I wouldn't say the next one is unpopular... but I know that not a lot of people have played this game)
I absolutely LOVE Fortune Street. I rented it from Gamefly earlier this year and I believe I kept it for over a month and a half. Every day I would play it. It plays pretty much exactly like Monopoly, but it has stocks and stuff and if you own more than 2 shops in a district, you have to buy stocks in that district. Once you have stocks, every time you upgrade a store, the price of that store goes up and your net worth goes up. Once your Net Worth hits a certain amount, you have to go to the bank, and that's how you win. I love it because every game you play, plays differently. 2 weeks ago, I was playing with my friends. I won the first game and went bankrupt the 2nd game. It's addicting.
