Even though it's spoilered, you could still have this as a trivia, since you just have to say that "In the Epilogue of Heavy Rain, Ethan talks about his apartment..."

In the Epilogue of Heavy Rain, if the player saves Shaun with Madison and Ethan alive, it will show the three of them getting a new life, when they enter the apartment Ethan says "A friend of a friend let me jump in line"

In a previous game made by David Cage, Indigo Prophecy, the main character lives in the apartment that they are moving in to, and it is implyed that "the friend of a friend" is Lucas Kane the hero in Indigo Prophecy

You can get a good look at the apartment when he walks around it about 9 minutes in, you can see the pillars and the design are pretty much the same.
