Anyone remember that odd man who would appear randomly in the Pokemon Trading Card Game for the Game Boy after talking to the folks in the Water Club?

His appearance probably didn't make much sense to people outside of Japan since he's a musician who wrote some music for the Pokemon anime. He has also appeared in the trading card came, those cards being omitted from releases everywhere else since they're just joke cards. I myself happen to have the very rare white star card of Imakuni's Doduo which has strange instructions like telling you to throw the card and sing.

He also makes a few cameo appearances in the Pokemon manga.

I remember seeing this guy in the GB game and then reading up on him (and being confused). Didn't know about the card though
