Super Mario World - Sunken Ghost Ship
The manual for Super Mario World says that the Sunken Ghost Ship was one of the Airships from Super Mario Bros. 3 that was used by one of the Koopalings, which would explain why there is a Question Mark Ball at the end of the level.
