Mewtwo instead of Lucario.
Ganondorf with actual Ganondorf powers. And having him turn to a fully controllable Ganon as his Final Smash.
Not Solid Snake.

Now, new characters:
Girahim
Ridley (he could even have his original face as an alternate color)
