Well if he tried opening it himself already, doesn't that void the warranty or something? Also, shouldn't this be in the Help thread?
Not to be insensitive or anything, I know the pain of having to send in your Wii (the day I got the limited edition Goldeneye bundle with the golden classic controller pro, I had to send it in because it wouldn't read the disc Sad)
