Well, I think that Rayman 3 is one of them. As a kid, it was a really cool game, and right now, even if it's not the BEST graphics, they're are still good looking ^_^

Plus, the story is awesome! At the starts of the game, Rayman learn how to use his powers... by an in-game manual! (It's true ^_^) What originality!
