Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire remakes?

They need remakes that are EXACTLY like the original, just updated graphics. AND they need to be for the 3DS since it is the most current DS available. 2) Regular DS games look like shit on the 3DS and it makes the 3DS seem like a waste of money since they aren't making traditional Pokemon games for it yet. I'm super disappointed they are making Black & White II for only the DS. Sucks.

@1) The point of Fire Red and Leaf Green was give the first generation of Pocket Monsters the updated look over what have (had) at the time. The GBAs' ability to display your old Pokemon Red with 16bit-RBG on a 240 × 160 screen resolution(and more). What's your definition of a true remake?

Did you know that if you hold Start and Select on a 3DS and press A to start a DS game, you can downscale the DS original game screen to stop any quality lost due to upscaled games. D:
