Fire Arms: Black and White Angry Birds (With the rest being shield)
The Suit: Protoman (Megaman)
The Strength: Brick (Borderlands)
The Leader: Frank West (Dead Rising) "C'mon... FOLLOW ME!"
The Legend: Pit (Kid Icarus)

I feel that Proto fits into Stark's role better than Megaman does. (Also my way accounts for BOTH Black Widow and Hawkeye)
