And that's exactly what I'm looking for. The actors name. But since he really isn't a well-known actor (at least, not to me), I guess that will be fine.

His name is Tommy Flanagan. And he is actually Scottish (which is why I love this guy so much).

He was also in Smokin' Aces if you ever saw it. He played the creepy guy who would take peoples faces and use it as a disguise.
