Those are not "very bad things" they are a company trying to make money for themeselves and there employees over other companies, Much like how your country attempts to make more money which essentially lowers the value of others. This is a result of capitalist buisness's and it's silly to pick on just gaming companies.

Blizzard does not rig loots drops...they change them based on whatever the hell fans are complaning about, they just tripled inferno drops. That was a blatent lie. Infact can you even name a scenario in which they would be rigged? If they wanted to rig for RMAH sales why wouldnt they just create items to sell? You should look at interviews with the lead designer, he seems to be a really nice guy.

companies buying companies is a win win, thats why the other company decided to sell when they weere offered. Also they have plenty of compitition, i get half my games from walmart.
