Automatic battle mode, where it just works out a battle in a split second based on your usual behaviour in battle. Gives you quick XP but doesn't increase your Pokez's EV/IV
You can't increase IVs, they never change. Also EV training your Pokemon would be awkward and would potentially ruin your Pokemon. Giving your Alakazam attack EVs because of Street Pass would be a huge problem. Nintendo would NEVER eff around with that stuff.
