Godot Vs. Redd White

Due to impaired vision, Godot cannot see red on a white background, made clear in the third case of Trials and Tribulations as he points out coffee stains rather than blood stains on an apron.

The name of the character Redd White from the first game is a reference to this. He murders Godot's partner, Mia Fey, in the second case of the game. Due to Godot being in a coma at the time, he never gets to see Redd White and blames himself for her death.
