It's Portuguese. R$ is Brazilian Real currency (Other countries also use their version of the dollar Zimbabwe Z$, Australia AUD and others).
So to convert that to R$ to pounds is:
First Zelda on he list:
£15.80.
Last Zelda on the list:
£35(ish)
Which means for us that's a bargain, but for them, it's not.

Japan is heart of gaming dude. Their arcade scene is still very much alive (and important)
